Brose is one of the five largest family-owned automotive suppliers in the world and has over 900 employees in Serbia and constantly strives for innovation, not only in products, but also in business and employee satisfaction.
Before the introduction of the Benefiti.app platform, the company faced challenges in effectively managing the wide range of benefits they offer to their employees, the different needs of employees, as well as the bonus for ideas that employees brings to the company.
One of the key challenges was adapting benefits to the different needs of employees, rewarding employees according to their contribution to the company, as well as the administrative burden that followed that process (procurement of benefits, contracts, a large number of invoices to pay).
The company was looking for a solution that would facilitate this process, make it more flexible, and provide employees with easy access to a large number of different benefits, personalized rewards, and an overview of benefits information.
Based on the principle of allocating a budget that employees can spend on over 300 products and services from the offer on the platform, Brose enabled its employees to easily choose and change benefits according to their current needs.
Employees have the opportunity to propose new benefits, which the Partnership department of Benefits takes upon itself to add to the offer. This reduced the entire process of procurement and logistics and administration of new suppliers.
Brose also reduced the financial burden by paying one supplier for all benefits.
The platform automated the administrative tasks of keeping records on the selection of benefits, reduced paperwork and provided employees with greater flexibility in choosing the benefits that best suit their needs.
We asked users “What is the value that Benefiti brought to you?”.
The results were quickly visible. Brose soon became one of the top employers in Serbia and our top client!
Employees express gratitude and enthusiasm for the choice of benefits, while rewarding employees saved time for the HR and finance sector.
